The Fallyn R. McNamara Special Needs Trust has been established to provide funds for Fallyn's needs that aren't covered by medical insurance or other public benefits (i.e. "special needs"). The expenses that may be paid by the Trust are governed by law.

The Trustee for the Trust is John P. McNamara.

The law firm Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott, LLC represents the Trust on a pro bono basis to ensure that all applicable legal requirements are met.
